ABOUT JENNIFER
Hi, I'm Jennifer.
Christian life coach. Wife of 25 years. Mom of three. Bonus mom to anyone who needs one.
I help women see themselves the way God sees them — and start living from there.
Amos 5:4
Seek Him — and live.
Who I'm for
For the woman who's already chosen.
You haven't always known it. You may not feel it some days.
But before the hard things and after the hard things, before the doubts and underneath the questions —
You were made on purpose. For a purpose. By a God who calls you beloved.
My job is to walk with you while you start to see her.
Whatever season you're in. Whatever questions you're carrying.
There's a place for you here.
My story
The long way to clarity
The woman who looked fine
From the outside, I had it all together.
A marriage I was committed to. Three kids I adored. A faith I genuinely believed in.
Inside, I kept hitting the same walls. The same patterns. The same quiet exhaustion that no amount of doing more could fix.
I had the right beliefs on paper.
I just wasn't living from them.
I prayed. I journaled. I read all the books. And still — something wasn't moving.
Not because God wasn't there.
Because I hadn't learned to see the thoughts running my life.
The thought that changed everything
The shift didn't come from a sermon.
It came from one deceptively simple idea:
When I started pulling that thread, everything began to make sense.
The stuck places had names. The patterns had origins. And for the first time, I had real tools — not just willpower I kept running out of.
"Seek me — and live."
Amos 5:4
Learning to see clearly
I'm pursuing certification as a Christian life coach. Training under Edie Wadsworth — one of the most respected voices in faith-based coaching.
Her framework: causal coaching. Emotional processing. The thought behind the thought.
It became the foundation of how I work.
Romans 12:2 isn't just a verse to me anymore.
It's a coaching model.
Why I coach women
Because I've been the woman in her own stuck place.
And I've sat with women in every season — the ones building something new, the ones rebuilding, the ones who simply wanted their daily life to match what God already says about them.
You are not too much. You are not too late. You are not behind.
And you don't have to figure this out alone.
Years leading women through scripture.
Long before I trained as a coach, I sat in living rooms with open Bibles. Asking the kind of questions that change a life. Today's work rests on three decades of that.

What I believe
Six convictions that shape how I coach
You are created, called, and fully alive
Before the doubts. Underneath the questions. The woman God already sees when He looks at you. We don't build her. We help you see her.
Amos 5:4Your thoughts are not your truth
You are not the sum of every thought your mind tells you. Thoughts can be examined. Questioned. Changed.
Romans 12:2Transformation comes from believing differently
Not from trying harder. Not from doing more. The woman who changes her beliefs changes her life.
Joy is something you build
The habits, rhythms, and beliefs that create flourishing don't happen by accident. They're chosen. Practiced. Worth it.
John 15:11Emotions are not the enemy
Avoiding them keeps you stuck. Feeling them is how you stop being controlled by them.
You were never meant to do this alone
The most thriving women in the world have coaches. Walking with someone is how flourishing happens.
How I coach
Honest questions. No rescuing. Real shifts.
You already have everything you need.
My job isn't to fix you. You're not broken.
My job is to help you see clearly enough to choose differently.
I ask honest questions. I don't rescue you from hard emotions. I don't give you advice dressed up as coaching.
I help you find your own answers — because those are the only ones that last.
I ask. You won't leave with a to-do list from me.
I don't rescue. When something is hard, we stay with it.
I anchor in truth. What God actually says about you.
I work on the thought. Not just the circumstance.
I celebrate small shifts. One belief practiced beats a hundred good intentions.
How working with me feels
Three things I bring to every conversation
Vivacious communicator
I'm at my best when I'm learning, empowering vision, and encouraging women to live out their God-given purpose.
Kingdom influencer
I thrive when I'm with another woman, working on something that creates practical and eternal impact.
Story adventurer
I love the variety, fullness, and beauty of life — and I love helping other women find theirs.
Voices that shape me
The teachers I keep returning to
The source
Not a reference book. A living conversation. Every belief I help a woman uncover gets weighed against what God actually says about her.
My coach
The framework I actually coach with. Causal coaching, emotional processing, the thought behind the thought. Her work is the foundation under everything I do in a session.
The translator
For helping women see the thoughts running their lives — and giving them permission to do the work of changing them. The way she writes is the way I think.
"I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete."
